October Events

The following was discussed at the district meeting:

1. PAVA Korea has been established.

2. Hollywood Parade practices will be held at 영락교회. We're going to be practicing in the parking lot. Snacks and water will be provided.

3. On October 29, there is going to be a LA River Cleanup.
Address: 3201 Riverside Drive, LA, CA 90027.
Schedule:
7:45 AM - Gate opens
8:00 AM - PAVA Leadership registration. Cleaning areas will be assigned. Captains are going to be educated.
8: 30 AM - Registration starts
9:00 AM - Eric Garecetti & Tom Labonge Speech
11:00 AM - Cleanup ends.

4. Letters to soldiers. This is an event for Christmas.

5. PAVA is recruiting members for its choir group. If interested, let the district president know.

6. PAVA Women's club is collecting recyclables.

내일 있을 헐리웃퍼레이드 연습과 10/29일 강청소에 관한 인포메이션 입니다

1.헐리웃 퍼레이드 연습

    시간 : 3:00 pm~7:00 pm (도착은 2시 40분까지 해주시기 바랍니다.3시에 시작 합니다.절대 늦으면 안 됩니다.)
    장소 : 영락 교회 파킹장
    간식 : 지부별로 간식은 먹을 예정입니다. 또한 물을 각 지부별로 넉넉히 준비해 주시고 각 아이들이
              물 한병씩은 얼려오도록 해 주십시요.(참고로 바닥이 아스팔트입니다.)
    복장 : 이날은 아이들이 반바지(무릎정도 길이)와 썬블록, 되도록 챙이 큰 모자,썬글라스를 꼭 지참하도록 해 주십시요.

    *  각 지부별로 준비하신 텐트(그늘막)를 꼭 가져 오시기 바랍니다.

2. 강청소

    장소 : LA River SunnyNook Footbrige
    시간 : 10-29-11 토요일 8:00 am ~12:00 pm

    * 음료수와 물은 제공됩니다.각 지부장님들께서는 간식만 준비하시면 됩니다.
    * 다음은 사무실에서 보내온 내용입니다.
      저번주에도 한번 보내드렸지만 한번 더 보내 드립니다.
      꼭 따라주시기 바랍니다.

  * 아래의 waiver form을 꼭 작성해서 가져오게 하십시요.

   

LA River Cleanup at Sunnynook Footbridge

Volunteers will be clearing out the river and the riverbed of trash. Please wear sunblock and closed-toed shoes (no flip-flops).

Directions: From the 5 fwy exit Los Feliz Blvd. East. Turn right on Glenfeliz Blvd. At the fork in the road veer right onto Valleybrink. Turn right at Sunnynook. Street parking.
